We decided to do the cruise as it was raining and we couldnt walk there. The gorge was lovely but the cruise to the other part of the river to look at the rusty boay was a bit boring for me. The commentary was good...More

Took the cruise because we had been walking all day. Nice view of the river and the old shipyards and a grand finale of drifting up the cataract gorge under quiet battery power. Informative skipper and nice boat.

We had a very enjoyable afteroon cruise dwon the river then back to Cataract Gorge. Great views and enjoyable guide.

Enjoyable cruise of the river.Callum the guide/ captain did a wonderful,informative commentary in a very friendly manner. We loved the views of the surrounding countryside,and the bird life,especially the eagles. The tour of cataract gorge was spectacular, just shorter than we expected.(river gets too narrow...More

A nice slow sail up the gorge with excellent explanations of what we were seeing along the way. Opportunities for photos and enjoying the amazing scenery of this fantastic place! Friendly and approachable guide. Highly recommended!

Informative and enjoyable. Hhowever. Advertising is out of date. $25 per adult is actually $29 AND they dont take cash. Catd only for anything purchased and this is not advertised anywhere either.

We boarded a well appointed craft and were welcomed by tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits. The crew were friendly and accommodating, looking after our every need. The Captain narrated the whole trip with great enthusiasm, knowledge and stories that made the longer 2.5 hr trip...More

This was a great 50 minute trip on the river, and while the first part gave some history of the river and flooding the second part in the Gorge was stunning! The engine was shut off as such and you could just listen and watch....More
