This is a fabulous museum with so much history around Cobb and Co. The horse drawn carriages, wagons and working blacksmith workshop are so interesting. Lovely café for a coffee afterwards.

Looking for something to do in Toowoomba we paid a visit to this museum. There is an impressive array of horse drawn carriages and not much else. We talked to a lovely chap in the blacksmith workshop, this museum looks well set up to cater for artisan classes and educational activities. I'm guessing they run excellent classes on blacksmithing and... More

Good place to visit to see all the history around Cobb and co plus other old horse drawn carts and wagons plus history of Toowoomba. Good to see they are still doing their own metal and wood work restoring old wagons. Nice cafe for a coffee.

Our visit this time was to view the Anne Frank Exhibition.....if you don't know her story, it is very sad and also remarkable. But today was to also share a birthday lunch with 12 friends. The atmosphere was very loud and exciting, and our group certainly added to that noise level. Everyone reported their lunch and drinks were really good.... More

Took family to the museum while they were visiting. We were lucky enough to see the Ann Frank exhibition which was interesting but heartbreaking. Lots of interesting things to look at. Would be great for kids with the science room full of activities. The cafe looked great too. Lots of interesting information about local history.
