Despite picking a 36C for my first visit and the obvious damage done by recent storms, it was still an interesting session of walks and photographic opportunities. Red flying foxes were agitated with the heat but for such a large colony there was very little...More

Loved walking through Baldwin Swamp.........it was so peaceful and quiet. Past many walkers on the way. It is a pretty popular for walkers or people that want to be more energetic and take a run to get fit.

Enjoyed a walk through part of tis area but found the map difficult to follow. It also wasn't helped by lack of signage warning of a closed section of path. Would have lijed to have enjoyed more of the park but had to double back...More

They say that this is Bundaberg's little slice of Kakadu ... I wouldn't go that far but it is a lovely place for a picnic and a leisurely stroll and photographs. There were certainly lots of walking tracks to follow and an abundance of birds...More

I think Bundaberg should be known for it's great playgrounds. This one is huge with lots of different activities for children of all ages. Plenty of pathways for walking babies in prams, as well. Great place to stop and entertain the kids.

There are many wheelchair friendly tracks there, you can get further information on the Bundaberg Regional Council website to check that they meet your requirements.

As the others have said, there is no charge for this. There are walking tracks and a chapel, seats around the place and a playground for children (and adults).
