** Whale watching May to November ** Port Macquarie Cruise Adventures operates several different styles of cruise boats and is one of the longest established cruise businesses in the region. Our largest boat, Discovery 2 (54 pax) was built for the Murray River. The shallow draft allows us to navigate to impossible places thru 2 national parks. See wetlands, endangered species of birds and dolphins on most trips.

Enjoyable trip with an excellent BBQ lunch touring the water ways around the Port Macquarie area. The skipper kept you informed of the various locations whislt travelling and we found that it was an excellent thing to do with a party or by yourselves.

Whilst the boat was well set up and guides were well informed the lack of actual whales was disappointing. We went out quite away to find them which I know is luck of the draw. Girls enjoyed the few we saw even though they were...More

Went whale watching yesterday, what an experience, beautiful creatures doing their thing!! Fantastic time, I would recommend to everyone young and old. You will get slightly wet and it is a bit breezy on the way back in, but all adds to the experience. Knowledgeable...More

I am usually not a "tourist-y tour kind of person". However, as I saw the humpack wales from the shore a few times, I thought it was time for me to take a closer look at them. I went whale watching with cruise adventures in...More

This activity is simply amazing. Not to be missed! Furthermore, we had a judge misunderstanding on the phone with them, which they managed perfectly, giving us the best experience we could have had here!! Really, the team is gold and the whales are impressive :)

I'm giving this a 4 because I got sea sick. However this trip met expectations in that we saw a number of humpback whales, some of which were relatively near the boat. The trip took 1.5 hours, which was long enough to get a good...More

That was around Easter so maybe it's changed. I can see there's a 90 minute Sunset Cruise for $20 per person, so maybe that's the same one... maybe call and check if you can take your own food and drinks. Still good value I... More
