We often bring visitors from interstate to the Hunter Valley for a lovely day out. We were terribly disappointed with the cheese tasting - $7.00+ per person For 4 biscuits with a tiny piece of cheese on each, was in our view a rip off. Would have been better off just buying a couple of pieces of cheese & supplyig... More

Have been several times to the Hunter Cheese Factory and it really hasn't changed at all. Very friendly staff and also knowledgeable about there products, they have a tasting area to try certain items for customers, plenty of parking as it is part of a winery and they have lots to offer within the store. But is is looking out... More

We very much enjoyed our visit to the hunter valley cheese factory. We tried the tasting board and were very impressed with how nice the cheese and presentation were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother and even though it was close to closing time we were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Produce was great here, but not enough staff on hand to deliver an experience to explore the cheeses through the buses of tourists. We didn't visit the tasting rooms for an official booking so I'm sure that would be a much better experience. Really delicious salami and the biggest selection of cheese and accompaniments that I came across whilst in... More

This has no allure at all. I have been here several times and are less impressed each time. Located next to the award winning Mcguigan winery this piggy backs off the success of that brand.

Coffee was bitter. Staff were friendly. Cheese was average for their price. We had a tasting plate which was presented nicely. Products for sale on the expensive side

We use to come here quite a bit and this will probably be our last. When you see bus loads of tourists, this should ring some alarm bells. The cheeses and other produces they have on offer are very pricey.

We paid and had a cheese tasting which came with sample of 5 cheese with a page of notes. A great morning tea snack. We were then able to purchase items we liked. The Mcguigan's winery is next door so wine tasting is handy too.
