After a early morning balloon ride the morning breakfast is at Peterson's House. Having been here once before and found it very pleasing, the morning brunch was no exception as it was just as good. Staff was excellent and the early morning bubbly might not be for everyone, but my wife and I enjoyed it. Worth the visit I don't... More

We would highly recommend this place for breakfast but make a booking as it's very popular. The menu has many great options and also a children's menu. It has a lovely, friendly atmosphere and the service was attentive.

This is the place to taste and acquire some of the Hunters finest sparking wines. It is very popular, right next to the chocolate shop. Excellent staff guide you through the tasting journey, and ensure your taste is catered for.

A must visit on our Hunter Valley list. A little more "commercial" than most other places we go but we still love it!

It's absolut the best place in Hunter Village. Sooo good wine and really good service. Family owned and very cozy. Here you get a much more personal service than the other places.

The best breakfast. End of review. Wait, I can't leave it there, can I? A few places had made my "let's go to breakfast" short list. And then I saw the magic words: Bubbly Breakfast. Sorry, what? How did I ever consider anywhere else? I had a glass of Blush with my brekkie, and subsequently went to the Cellar Door... More

Love it! Peterson was a hit with our guests as was Stuart, our wine expert, with his quick wit and wicked smile. Our guests were not only impressed with the bubbles but also the bling i.e. Sparkling lanyards, silver bags and pink champagne glasses. I admit, I also bought a nice pink glittery pen, as well as several bottles. As... More

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in, despite it being an obviously very busy time. We had two young OS travellers with us....we all enjoyed the tastings, and the friendly manner of the hostess. We decided to see if we could get a table for lunch ( so many places in the Hunter were closed... More

I had breakfast here on New Year's Eve, there is a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and prices and portion sizes are reasonable. I had the dukkah poached eggs with feta and my dad had the magnum (sausages, bacon eggs, tomatoes and potato rosti) both were fresh and delicious. After breakfast we headed over to the cellar door... We were two couples and visited for breakfast. It was a great experience - couldn't be happier. Two of us had the big breakfast that comes with bubbles and chocolates. Another had dukka eggs which was also excellent. The servings were generous, the food was delicious, and we had lovely coffees as well. The customer service at Peterson House was... More
