Everyone should take a stroll along the Newcastle Memorial Walk, the views are breathtaking overlooking the beaches on one side, and the city of Newcastle on the other!!!

A spectacular Newcastle short coastal walk. Can be extended at each end for a truly amazing city experience taking in the essence of the beautiful place we live.

Stunning views over beaches, cliff edges plunging to the sea below, city and harbour views to surrounding suburbs, and further views of mountains to the west. This is a well constructed walk over cliffs that remind you of the landing place in Gallipoli. A moving...More

Stunning vistas, well maintained easy walk for all ages and disabled. The names on the rememberance walls are a bit hard to read and the car park is very small but other than that it’s great. It’s Also a fantastic whale and dolphin watching spot.

Not long about 500m but it links the coast walk from Newcastle beach up the hill and Bar beach... it's stunning and there's lots of information and art work so it's really engaging

I wouldn’t recommend it in winter when it’s cold but otherwise nonissue if it’s windy as very safe. You may also get a chance to see the hang gliders launching off the top which is great to see 😊
