Amazing surf beach. The times that I have been there the waves have been not for the faint hearted. Great place however to watch the surfers catch waves and whales pass by.

There's often surf, rock-pools, an ocean baths, a carpark, seabirds, whales, dolphins and beach towels. I saw my first dead person here floating face down in the kiddies' pool when i was 10.

A lot of people walk their dogs on the foot path adjacent to the beach. Highly popular. However dogs are not allowed on this beach. There is a designated dog beach some 10 minutes away (Horseshoe Beach) next to Nobby's Beach.
