The friendly staff at the Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre will handle your bookings for local tours and provide you with all the necessary information for your step into the Great Outback. The centre has a range of facilities, including showers, toilets and disabled access for visitors. Browse through their gift shop and take home a souvenir which includes locally made items. A Gloria Jeans's Coffee can be found in the same building.

located right in the centre of town with plenty of onsite parking and street parking this is a great visitor information centre - the staff were well informed and took their time to help - good range of local books and better quality souvenirs

We arrived at closing time and were helped as if it didn't matter. On a return visit the staff were still as unfailingly helpful, attentive and very well versed in all matters local. Top work, Broken Hill.

This is a good, well set out information centre , with a good Gloria Jean cafe attached which serves up good food and a good atmosphere

A wide variety of what's on and what you should see in the area. Good advise to plan your stay. Helpful staff. Coffee shop on site too.

A very interesting place to vist and learn more about the history of Broken Hill and the mining involved around there

I was born here (left as baby) so was curious about the place. Went to vic for info staff not interactive. Got some info. But mabey I didn't get the right ones. All in all I was underwhelmed by Broken Hill :(
