Stopped on our way back from Milford Sound to travel on the hike for a couple of hours. The track is very well maintained and is passing through beautiful countryside with outstanding views - highly recommended

Just had the time for a short walk on this track. So well maintained but still old forest full of stories! Huge mossy trees, logs with their sap frozen over, the sound of birds and one delightful tame South Island Robin. Just glorious. Cold once...More

We were lucky to have great weather for ou hike here. Be sure to take water and a snack. And a camera - the vistas are so scenic. We would do this again!
