This was our first time skiing and for me my first time seeing snow. Coronet Peak was a beautiful location and easy to access from Queenstown. We did a full day of lessons with Ski School at Coronet and our instructor Aussie Zac was awesome!...More

Coronet is a much easier and quicker drive than remarkables. It has quite a few magic carpet areas for early beginners but it does get quite congested. The food and drinks are quite expensive but if you are a single or couple it might be...More

We only visited Coronet once and it was for night skiing. The free shuttle is a godsend as the parking is far from base. The snow was wet but we had fun. Not too busy, great food available and a live DJ. Warm fires outside,...More

First time snowboarding. We had lessons and the instructor was great. Plenty of lockers, equipment was good, lunch area has plenty of food variety. Recommended.

My husband and i are first time skiers and we loved it. Accidentally did an intermediate run but we got it! They didn't have many signs directing what run is what so had to figure it out. Lockers are good value $10 for the day.
