Nice car ride, recommended for scenic pics and sunsets. Not a long ride from down town. Good road with nearby trails as well.

Although it was icy on the day we've been there but in general, I liked it as they have everything you need to ski (skis, poles, helmet, boots, etc) and restaurants, lockers, medical center, etc.

We visited here after a day on Coronet Peak - both very good. We found The Remarkables very busy but worth the drive

Even though there was no snow in December the drive up to the remarkable ski fields is unreal, you can only imagine the loads of ski fanatics that take this route during the ski season

We went yesterday (24th nov) and there was still some snow and had a lovely walk up with amazing views. Sometimes the best things to do are free. Certainly was one of the best experiences I've had whilst in queenstown.

Kind of small field, Snow average depending of the condition of course, but definitely one of the most beautiful view that I could see while I could ride. It's just amazing having the panorama of Queenstown with the lake while you do "freeride" be careul...More

Oh that sounds like fun. The bar at top is accessible by chairlift then you ski or rode down to it. Not really suitable for pedestrians. There is a great cafe at the base though with views down the valley and up mountain and... More

Sorry but I don't really know for sure, there were none that I could see, but some extremely steep runs are definately part of it.
