My wife and I visited here on a tip from Sonia, our Nelson, NZ guide. She was spot on as it far exceeded our expectations. The two charming young French ladies there were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as they educated us on the vineyards' unique offerings.

Beautiful setting and the tasting is inside a lovely renovated church. The wine tasting is well done - a bit of passion and knowledge. We also had the quiche which was really lovely. A very nice place to taste and learn about wine.

I went here to discover the french touch in Marlborough's wines.

It was an amazing experience.

This place is very nice and their staff professional. She explains to me a lot about this property in New Zealand and their other one in France.

I recommend it.

A must to do in Blenheim for a wonderful tasting!

After reading reviews on Trip Advisor I decided this was worth a stop. I was not disappointed and I am glad I chose to visit here rather than some of the larger wineries. We easily spent over an hour sampling wines and chatting. Make this a must to do.

Gorgeous little vineyard with a stunning little church making for the best photos of the day!
Sophie will teach you about how grapes taste differently according to the soil and the history of Clos Henri is a wonderful story.

Thank you Lara for the wonderful tasting. What a beautiful spot which is truly passionate about their stunning vines and wines.
We loved tasting here and being able to compare different wines from each soil type of the vineyard, and we also loved the French connection.
This place is gorgeous, a bit out of the way which makes it more special.

Delighted to have found this hidden gem in Blenheim. Lara was an amazing host, sharing the history of Clos Henri and taking the time to teach us all about winemaking. What we planned as a 45 min tasting turned into 2 hours as we fell in love with the church and enjoyed Lara's hospitality. For anyone looking for an experience that is unique and informative Clos Henri is your spot! Thank you again, Megan & rob.

This was our last winery stop for the day and it was the best. This is in a little chapel which is beautiful and set in beautiful scenery. We were seated on church pews at a beautiful table and learned some of the history of the vineyard. The sampling was different to the others in that you could try the same wine made from different soils to see your preferences. We also purchased a cheese platter and it was so nice to sit there tasting wines and delicious cheeses, warm baguette and great company. The young woman doing all this was so interesting and enthusiastic. It was a perfect experience. And she even gave us ideas to go to for dinner that night which we followed up on and she was right. Lovely place to visit.
