Amazing to think this lovely bay is within minutes of Wellington CBD. We met friends there and despite the cool weather the kids ran around in the beach and the rocks for hours. Lovely relaxing spot.

Great place to picnic, or buy an ice cream or take away from the café on the beach. The spot is protected from the wind. There are always people around so a safe spot.

It has nice views, but thats about it. And the view wasn't even that great either. If you want to eat something in this area, be prepared to spend a small fortune.
