Having been out to Waikanae and Porirua on the train, we stopped here on the way back into Wellington. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Takapu Rd train station.
We thought the shopping centre was looking very tired and did not find any of the shops of interest. Would not stop here again. We have a far superior outlet mall in Christchurch.

Only a handful of shops so we went through in about 30 mins, depends what you are looking for but an overly good selection and some prices aren’t really discounted. Definitely don’t make a special trip to visit

There are shops and restaurants attract quite a lot of people on the day we visited.

However, I don't think we will come to this outlet again. perhaps it is more suitable for sports shoes fans. The price isn't that cheap in my opinion, at least not "outlet price". We have been to outlet in Japan, USA and Europe and can see the difference. We didn't buy anything and finished the visit there in 20 minutes.

you can take bus or train from Wellington central in about 15 minutes.

Hidden gem- Seek & U shall find

First visit to this place and love it for its small size which makes shopping quicker.
Bought few staffs at Gordon’s at great price as David always make great deal! Check it out.
Ended up buying rain jacket at Gordon’s and 2 pairs of work shoes elsewhere.

Free parking and nice place away from city

There are some absolutely mad offers to be had here and well worth a visit to Tawa if you're out of town.

Lifestyle Sports had plenty of decent offers available on all sorts of gear, definitely the highlight of Outlet City.

Will be returning in future to get some more goods.

Plenty of seating for dads while mums shop

Big outlet store just 10mins by train on the Waikanai Line just out of Wellington. First stop at the Takapu Road Station and walk 3 mins to the store....Boring for dads, heaven for mums.

Relaxed Shopping experience

Very relaxed stroll down the large centre aisle able to browse all the store outlets with their bargains on display, clean and tidy atmosphere with a couple of food outlets for coffee and a bite to eat. Outside another mobl=ile coffee cart plus in the car park a very active Saturday Market selling produce and other goods from the local community stalls. Great car park.

Small Outlet Mall with a few small eateries.

It's mostly clothing and shoes outlet store with a few vacant ones. Managed to find some bargains probably due to the extremely low human traffic. It's a far cry from those in the states. All done in 60 mins.
