Pete is passionate about many things, quad biking and safety amongst them. We try to quad bike wherever we travel, and this is up there with what we have done in Tassie and Scotland. Don't expect a guided tour with landmarks, plants and wildlife being pointed out. Expect a challenging day on really cool managed tracks with a sense of... More

Had a fantastic time even in the pouring rain on a cold Saturday afternoon. Very friendly and plenty of laughs.

One of the best things to do on a cold wet day in Taupo, get muddy, feel the wind in your face and get the Adrenalin pumping. Well run organisation, get a good briefing before you set off, have a ride from a short course to get familiar with the bike, get a final briefing then off you go. Ride... More

Went here with a group of us scouts had a really good time it was really wet which I think made it more fun. Great for experienced riders and for beginers. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. :)

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a group of fourteen Venture Scouts, Leaders and Helpers. The weather being not so pleasant made for a challenging day but with expert tuition, great evaluation of skill level we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Today we had all skill levels put to the test on our course and everyone... More

First everything was nice, but after a fast spoken introduction my young son and I had to drive on a special introduction course, which is the "most difficult track you will drive today." I drive motorbikes since ages, Triumph and Ducati, and have also pretty much expierience in rough terrain driving. But we both failed on this introduction course, the... More

Sorry if you left here with a bad feeling. During the briefing you are given all the advise needed to prevent you from rolling our bikes, with you in particular it was explained twice on two different occasions by two different people. I watched my guide explain it to you the best she could and then I went over it... More

It's hard to not have a good time while riding a quad bike, but these guys manage to make it supremely unenjoyable. The tracks are boring and overgrown, the quads are in terrible condition, and the attitude of the owner/staff is an embarrassment for the NZ tourism industry. The safety briefing at the start glosses over the safety procedures, while... More
