We were there on a morning just as the tide is slowly coming in. Had a window of 2 hours to do some quick exploration along the coast. The beach is beautiful and there were a few waterfalls along the way. Well worth the time...More

The walk starts on farm land so make sure you respect the local farmers and not disrupt their stock otherwise the walk may close. There are stunning vista's from the elevated farmland. It's a hilly walk so bring water and allow plenty of time. The...More

Love to walk, and love watching the ocean in all its moods. This is a pretty one! Make sure that you walk when others are around. The quiet beauty can be mesmerizing.

Taranaki's northern coast walk along beaches with the interesting cliffs beside you. Take a picnic & watch the tides change but take care not to get caught out

This is a peaceful walk, and rewarding for the pleasure it gives. Wonderful ocean vista's. Not too difficult, we found it best on sunset
