An outstanding gallery in an outstanding building. It is an experience all around. Not just art but engineering and a whole awareness of engineering and architecture.

Amazing design for this building so we had high hopes for the exhibits especially after paying $15 entry fee. Should have known as Len Lye’s name is on the building so it was a homage to him. Not sure what the fuss was about but...More

I try to visit each time I’m in New Plymouth. Very disappointing to see that much of Len Lye’s artwork is in storage. The space has been designed to showcase his large kinetic artwork. I hope with the new curator they bring back the pieces...More

Great staff who are there to guide you through the amazing selections. Always great interactive activities for young kids to adults. A movie to watch and something to learn. All inside a truly beautiful building.
