Great place to go and relax. All the pools were nice and clean. We went private for 40 minutes, for an extra $4 who wouldn't? Nice end to our holiday!

We stopped in for a relaxing hour after our tour of the Waiotapu Thermal Park. Its off the beaten path with stunning views of the surrounding valley. A quiet place to enjoy the mineral springs away from a lot of tourist traffic. The entrance price...More

These pools are a little bit off the beaten track which means that they are quieter and there are no coach parties. We paid for a private spa pool but to be honest, if it's quiet you can easily get one of the other pools...More

Very relaxing experience in a well designed layout. I found the area undercover very soothing but got out after about ten minutes due to the temperature. The 'main' pool (much more like a council pool in form) was cooler and seemed to have a lower...More

Great to sit back and relax in the warm waters. Let the water take away all the aches and pains and rejuvenate your mind/body/soul.

Fantastic location, the views are beautiful. The hot pools have a more natural feel to them than other hot pools I've visited: more raw and natural. The change rooms are clean and neat. The gardens beautiful. We walked to the hot spring and loved it....More

A great place to relax in the thermal pools and meet locals. There is a kids section as well. After your soak there are changing facilities and a small cafe where you can enjoy a wine or beer with a nice meal. They do start...More

I would have rated them 4/5 because it's a great place to relax and not too expensive either, but decided to take them down a notch to 3/5 as they made a small blunder. One of the key things I look for in tour/hospitality operators...More

Hi Julie The facility is open every day except Christmas from 10 am. I don't recall the exact price, but think it was something like $25-30 per adult for general admission. It's about 30 minutes from Rotorua
