A great day out, go early, come back late and enjoy a slow relaxing day exploring Waiheke`s small towns, villages, beaches and vineyards on the hop on/off tour bus. The tour guides are local and offer good information to get the best out of your day

We did the Fullers Taste of Waiheki tour,it was great! Our guide/driver Evelyn greeted us at Waiheki wharf. She was a joy to spend the day with. The island looks beautiful, unfortunatley it was a bit drizzly this day. We had a lovely day though, the wineries we visited were beautiful as were their wines. Evelyn showed us all around... More

Quaint, informative friendly. Only runs every 30 mins. would be os much better if ran say every 10 or 15. Also at $25 for the day not that cheap, especially for groups (no small group discount).

We opted to walk around the island rather than take a bus or car. It was an enjoyable walk although very steep in places. We went at Easter which meant the winery wouldn't serve wine without a full meal which was frustrating, but a good way to spend the day and get some exercise at the same time. Would recommend... Fullers provide Hop on hop off bus service around the island, which they cover quite extensive areas. Bus leaves 30 mins from one stop to the other destinations. However, I find the bus is not so punctual, some stops more than 45 mins minutes. As the wineries closed at 4pm, you need to play your time and preferred stops so... More

This is a great way to see Waiheke, great trip over about 35 min, nice island a bit diff the the rest of NZ, the climate is slightly warmer, great beaches, part of the island has dirt roads, well worth a visit, we live in Auckland and love going across there.

Best way to get around Waiheke, several of the stops are near one or more vineyard if you are winery hopping. Some nice beaches as well.
