Went here today, myself, my daughter and grandaughter. There was a coach party and a few other families. Roller coaster closed, bunge ropes closed, no access to small animals. All there was were a few animals who were not interested in the small amount of animal food we were given. The place is very run down. The play area is... More

Went for a birthday treat because 6yo real likes dinosaurs, felt a bit run down. The shop is well presented, the museum is small yet has some interesting items on display. We didn't spend much time in the cafe, just went through to purchase tickets, so I can't comment on the food. The mini bungy tramps were a hit with... More

Took my 3 kids, 2,5 and 7 all of which thoroughly enjoyed it. We had one grab one for myself and the 2 older boys had a buy one get one free ultimate experience from the entertainment book, the 2 year old was free. There was something there for each child. Yes its not Disneyland, but I found the staff... More

I can not understand how people think this place is great?! Cafe is a mess and tables not cleared. Girl at the counter seems stressed as she was having to hold the fort while her co worker ate her lunch, couldn't smile or acknowledge us when we walked in. Paid for our hot drinks which gave us cheaper entry into... More

This place is a joke. The animals are depressed and in an unfit state. They are so neglected. No fresh food and they are dirty and unkempt. The cafe service is atrocious. So many dirty tables. We waited over 10 minutes for coffee. Ended up walking out. This local attractions needs to be closed down. The train and the Rollercoaster... More

The only redeeming thing about this place is the crystal shop and museum. The remainder costs $15 a head and is a slow train ride during which you see very little and the animal enclosures are poorly kept. The animal feed was a thin bag of chopped straw. This doesn't compare to Butterfly Creek and is a total rip off... More

Our visit started off badly with a 30 minute wait in line to get our wrist bands. Not because it was busy but because the person taking payment took a ridiculously long time to serve people. Most people in line including ourselves had young children who struggled with the long unnecessary wait. The farm was so run down, pathways covered... More

We went here after a couple of rainy days. Wear gumboots if you go because a lot of it is outside and accordingly it gets quite muddy. Best to go when it is nice and sunny. My kids are 8 and really enjoyed running around outside and feeding the animals. We found all of the staff to be lovely and... More

Got a grab one deal, $8 entry, complete waster of money. I never write reviews but felt I had to when it came to this. Totally run down, outdated, animals not interested at all, not even many animals. Train just a tractor towing carriages, slow and dreary as nothing to look at. Everything was extra, bungy tramp $8, pony rides... More

We were excited to visit and were mostly keen to go on the small roller coaster - after being told that if we wanted to do that as well as see the dinosaurs and feed some animals that we would have to pay $15 instead of the $5 just for the coaster. After feeding some of the animals (one of... More
