Welcome to our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre! Our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre is able to offer you health rejuvenation and maintain your well-being. We believe that by providing our customers with a wide range of services at our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre our customers are given the benefit of having excellent services in one location. Some of the services that we offer are new to New Zealand. An earlier demographic survey indicated a need for these revolutionary services. After intensive research and optimized our installation to the highest standard, we believe that we have designed one of the first ever Salt Cave Halotherapy units in New Zealand. Our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre is a contemporary wellness centre and is within a man-made "Salt Cave". This "Salt Cave" has been crafted from Himalayan rock salt. Salt Therapy has been incredibly popular in Europe for many years. It's popularity is spreading across the civilised world.

I’ve had the best experience since coming here, and I feel like it’s a place where I trust that my health is safe.
Since my first visit, I’ve never looked back and I appreciate Prashant. He has a wealth of knowledge, and is always able to answer my questions or queries.

A new experience, having a Vibrosaun, but very enjoyable and relaxing. The ability to adjust settings was very useful and Prashant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will go again and look to use some of the other services on offer

My favorite part was getting to know Prashant, the owner, but other than that future visitors should take the time to do both the Vibrosaun AND the salt cave one after the other. It was so incredibly relaxing and I felt so much better after every visit. Which brings me to the next suggestion, future visitors should make sure you can visit 2-3-4 days in a row to take advantage of all the services they offer there. Don’t miss out on anything. You’ll regret if you don’t take the time to enjoy it all! Thank you Prashant for such a relaxing and lovely service. And thank you for a refreshing and comfortable environment you built. I will definitely come back if ever in the area and I will encourage everyone I know to visit you! Blessings to you and your family and your wonderful business!! 🙏🏽

I really enjoyed my experience. We booked by book me so the rate was one I was comfortable to pay. We did a salt room and a halothearpy vibrating sauna-esk bed. Your face is out in the open air with the rest of your body being in a sun bed type thing. My body felt good afterward and I also felt rejuvenated.

Myself and a friend used a GrabOne deal for two treatments. We started with the vibrosaun which was a new and interesting experience for us. It was hot in the sauna but not unbearable. Afterwards we went to the salt cave where we were the only ones. It was a great way to take some time out to rest and rejuvenate. Worth trying out whether by yourself or with a friend/partner.

I have to be honest i was completely anxious about going for my Service.
I was happily re assured when arriving
Pashan greeting was warm and he is so helpful
with his Holistic knowledge and advice for treatment.
Instantly i knew i was going to get the professional care i needed to help me with my on Health issue.
This is now part of my healing journey thanks you Pashan.
