Not been for years but loved it. Great night out with friends and not too expensive. Ate in Steelo's which had great views but the food was average, try the buffet next time.

Gloucester Park seems to be a racetrack for horses, although we attended the park today for an obstacle challenge event. The park is huge, more of an open oval / race track than anything else, so you wouldn't visit here as a tourist unless you...More

I was on holiday in January and went with family to The Trots one evening. We'd booked a hospitality package which included a fantastic buffet (cold seafood, carvery and hotplates). The seafood was quite literally outstanding! The drinks package contained a wide range of beers...More

I am totally against any form of horse racing however family commitments forced my hand to attend. Thankfully there were no accidents during racing otherwise the night could have taken on a totally different feeling & atmosphere. The best place to sit in my opinion...More

A great way to spend a summers night. This differs from horse racing, as troting means that the jocky's are on a carriage (called a spider, I think) , so its entertaing to watch the trying to overtake each other.

Spent an evening with our aussie family from Perth in November 2014. Loved the evening despite not being much of a gambler and knowing little about horses. The facility was immaculate and quite large. We sat on the grass near the finish line and had...More

Went here for a work function. We were given our own room which was nicely decorated. The meal was very nice. The smorgasbord was very appealing. Good variety. Lots of vegetables, which I really liked. Jim Beam cans were overpriced at $10.50. Staff were very...More
