Tried Aussie steaks and beer at Outback Jacks (James Street) and well worth it. Fortune Five is one of the better Chinese or Cantonese restaurant on the same street. Bangkok on Williams, further up Williams Street has good Thai food and quite authentic.

Northbridge is great fun to walk around and have dinner. However, TOURISTS BEWARE: never stay later than 10.30, avoid getting drunk and losing control. There has been so many fights ending in death in Northbridge. It's a fun place for a stroll and for a meal, btu just excercise caution and avoid late nights.

This is the place to get all your Asian food cravings. There is Malaysian, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese and so much more. Students get their groceries at the asian marts and butchers. Good chance to get food here on public holidays when many other places are closed.

This area has great atmosphere. It includes the Cultural Centre and there a plenty of restaurants and Gelato shops. Great place for a meal or for a Gelato.

Here for the Fringe Festival. Thoroughly recommend 'BARBU". Fantastic range of food stalls and street entertainment. Great range of restaurants and bars. Nightclubs for the extended evening out.

We really enjoyed the Fringe Festival in and around Northbridge. The atmosphere was great. The only hasstle over the three days we were there were some angry and drunk Aboriginals - such a shame for the area and sad for them. The worst were very threatening to people, including myself, as we lined up for a show. Still we were... More

we loved the area of Northbridge there's plenty to do and lots of good restaurants and eating places not to mention bars, for some reason people tend not to visit this area as much as Perth CBD and it's surrounds, we enjoyed tremendously.

Northbridge being encompassed from Roe to Newcastle Street, a small area full of restaurants, cafes, clubs, karaoke joints, ice-cream parlours, and the Australian Taxation Office is the place to be at night ...where all the life is at!

The place to go for food and some of the best Dim Sum in Perth. The Dragon Palace restaurant is the best eating place in the State and if you want some great food put that on the agenda. They have some excellent wholesale food outlets in the area and lots of coffee shops, Asian butcher, Asian grocery, Just about... More
