The climb wasn't available the day we went (BBL match) but walking across was impressive and the views and the engineering worth it

Enjoyed our walk across the Swan River over this new and modern bridge. Nice views on to both sides and activities on the water.

You can get to the bridge easily on the free Red Cat Bus which you can catch in various locations around the CBD, and stops right by the bridge. It is also worth visiting in the evening when it is illuminated.

Lovely place to visit and take pictures nice bird life as well. Spend at least two hours as plenty to see and do.

We had the climb & zip experience with Taylor and Reece. Couldn’t have asked for a better day and better guides. Both incredibly funny, informative and ensured our safety at all times. Views were incredible, especially from the glass floor at the top. Would highly encourage anyone to take part!

Amazing experience. Our bridge climb was led by Sam & Lloyd. Entertaining, educational and oh so much fun. Highly recommend this. I’m not great with heights but felt safe the entire time. The zip line down is the best way to end the climb. We will be back !!!

This was an unbelievable experience and would not have been the same without our guides Sam & Jack.
Myself, my partner and my parents decided to book this whilst visiting from the UK as a break from planning our upcoming Wedding, and was so much better than what we thought.
Free lockers provided for all your things, they talk you through everything such as safety/harnesses before and puts you at ease (esp if you’re nervous as I was terrified at this point)
Really good to stop before we climb the bridge to watch others zip lining down too😃
They take photos all the way along that are complementary - they will put effort in with this depending on the pics you want and all the way up plus on the glass area and they have really great sense of humour and loads of info !!! Obviously about Matagarup Bridge and Perth and surrounds for those who are visiting.
I was so scared but Sam and Jack helped to calm me throughout and when getting ready to zip down too otherwise no idea if I’d have been done the zip line!!! 😂 they also video you off the platform too.
There’s no pressure to be hiking at super speed up the bridge so don’t expect to be out of breath or it to be very physically demanding. but just a focus on the experience and having a good time with the stunning views of Perth.
You can tell these people genuinely love what they do and want you to have the best experience so I’d say give it a try peeps 😬💖
We will be back in November after the wedding with the rest of the groovy gang family 😂

Our tour guides (Ben and Ben) made our day! I was visiting from Wales and knew I had to climb the bridge - it was a fantastic experience and they provided us with so much information. The view from the top platform was incredible and the zip wire was so much fun. I felt in safe hands through. Thanks boys! Would definitely recommend.

Can you walk dogs across bridge

I can only advise that as a public footbridge in a parkland area, dogs would be permitted to walk across,with a leash. The whole area is used by joggers and walking groups who take in the riverfront paths on both sides of the river. I have walked my dogs in the Burswood area on a number of occasions before the bridge was erected. This may have changed with the re-development of the ''Optus Arena'' complex. If you have further uncertainty I would contact the Victoria Park Council who would administer the Burswood area. Sorry I couldn't be more assuring.
