I drove out here to take photos of where the red dirt and rocks meets the crystal blue waters. It would be better to come here after midday and when the tie is high if you are after those famous Broome photos, also a good location if you are into storm watching, sadly a clear blue sky day for me... Magnificent views and worth a look if you like long walks. Very difficult to walk when weather is hot and humid so bring lots of water! There is a great restaurant adjacent to the jetty; the fish is fresh, tasty and cooked well. Bit more pricey than your average fish & chips but you get what you pay for!

I particularly wanted to see this piece of Broome history and I had been told you can see the giant turtles from the jetty so we rented a car with the prime intention of being able to get out here (it was actually cheaper to rent a car than to catch a taxi) As one reviewer noted, the surrounding are... A bit more industrial than i thought i might be, and the wharf itself was still have work done to it so no access. However still nice coastline and beaches and nice little fish and chip style cafe and gardens

You can go under the jetty and fish from there. Currently you cannot walk the Jetty. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant that serves local wild Barramundi. Delicious.

Worth a visit, great views of land and ocean. Easy walk for all ages. Some fish being caught. Good food at the cafe but a bit pricey for the serving sizes.

Interesting to see a wharf that has to manage king tides. Nice café next to it. Great spot for photography.

It's worth taking a drive to the wharf. The scenery is amazing. There's nothing to do except go to the seafood restaurant which served probably the best fish we had on our holiday - a bit expensive but it's worth it.

Stand on the wharf and look out at the water, watch the ships coming and going and loading and unloading, do a bit of fishing I suppose. It’s a deep water wharf so it’s like a lot of other wharfs. Not a bad place to have a look around but certainly more interesting and culturally uplifting places in Broome to... More
