Home to some of Melbourne's finest retailers but it is more than that. A wide avenue with lovely trees and some of our classic old buildings, it just oozes class - changes character as you get towards Spencer Street but the Paris end is special.

As our hotel is located in Collins Street, so we walked here. It just like a business area, full of business building and businessman. It just like Central in Hong Kong.

throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
