Was determined that if I came to Melbourne was definitely doing the Neighbours Tour. Wasn't disappointed. Opted for weekend tour so you could see all the filming locations but no cast members - it was beginning of January so still on holidays anyway! Very informative and lovely guide, When I watch now it all comes to life!! My husband came... More

Amazing tour to Phillip Island, stopping at the Moonlit Sanctuary. One of the best tours that I have done in Australia. The tour guide was extremely interesting, she knew everything about animal protection and the places we visited (even the name of the pig and horses in the farm). And the evening watching the penguins coming back to the shore... More

I went on the One day trip to the Great Ocean Road! The size of the tour was approximately 30 people - really good size. Amazing journey that takes you to the Loch, Shipwreck Cove, Gibsons Steps, the 12 Apostles etc. We saw koalas and kangaroos in the wild - very special! The tour guide provided entertaining facts and stories... More

I was on the 3 day great ocean road tour and I absolutely loved it! Matt, our tourguide was an absolute legend and he created such a fun atmosphere. What I really liked about the tour is that I never had the feeling the feeling that we were in the bus for too long. There were plenty of stops and... More

Our travel agent arranged an all day excursion with Bunyip along the Great Ocean Road. Tim was our guide and driver, and he was funny and informative. We were a group of maybe 25, and our first stop was in Tim's hometown where RipCurl was started. We then proceeded to the beginning point of the Great Ocean Road, and Tim... More

Hi Robert, Thanks so much for the review! We feel very lucky to have Tim on board, as he's lived along the Great Ocean Road he's on home turf on this tour and sure knows his stuff! We also love Cape Otway Lighthouse, and we are stoked to be one of the only operators to stop here - Feels like... More

We booked a tour with Bunyip Tours to see the little penguins. Amy did a great job at pointing out highlights, explaining everything, and giving us tips to see the penguins better. The bus was comfortable and I never felt rushed. Just a great experience all around.

Had been really looking forward to doing the Neighbours tour and it was great to see Ramsay Street after so many years of watching the show. Tour guide wasn't the best as he didn't seem to know everything about the show and he spent quite a bit of time on his mobile when we stopped although he did take pictures... More

Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback - You must have got us the day after our graffiti damage was done! Sadly, our bus was vandalised outside our depot overnight, and with a full schedule of tours we were unable to take it off the road to have the graffiti removed prior to tour, save... More

I did the 3 Day Great Ocean Road Tour in early March (Tuesday to Thursday). Matt our guide was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable and really helped the Group bond together. The scenery was amazing both on the GOR and in the Grampians. The accommodation and food was to a high standard as well. Make sure you bring a camera... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
