Great place to live or visit. Next to the river and close to city. Lots of food places and quite a few shops.

Beautiful drive here from Battery Point and get a spectacular view from here of the River Derwent and the Wrest point casino is right here !

Sandy Bay is one of those eclectic and premier suburbs. It is in a sought after area close to the CBD but also gaining popularity as a university suburb and so has an interesting mix of diverse cultures.
