Step inside Australia's oldest operating brewery, nestled at the foot of the majestic Mount Wellington, to learn how Cascade has been crafting beer since 1832. Our guides will share Cascade's fabled recipe; a dash of history, a healthy dose of Tasmania's finest ingredients and a generous serve of brewing craft. You can take a tour or just relax and enjoy Cascade beers and Mercury ciders, savour a delicious lunch and wander our three acres of heritage gardens. The Visitor Centre is open 7 days a week between 10am - 5pm, excluding Good Friday and Christmas day and tours operate daily.

A very interesting place to visit. Our guide who although initial came across as gruff in her approach ended up being extremely interesting and informative. Casade Brewery provides the opportunity to sample their ciders and beers which are recommended. Enjoyed this very much.

We’d been disappointed on our last trip to Tassie that we didn’t get to do the tour because we hadn’t booked. This time I made sure to book a spot for the $30 tour with tastings at the end. It was well worth it! Our...More

Thank you so much for a true tassie experience. Tasting paddles for cider lovers are a winner. Hero of the day and what truly made my Tasmania trip an experience to remember was the fish and chips! Tender fish and a batter to write home...More

Stopped here for a wonderful lunch twice and wasn't disappointed either time. You can either eat inside the restaurant and enjoy the garden view or eat outside in the gardens. Best fish and chips!

Didn't do the tour but drove here for a nice brunch and didn't get disappointed. They have one of the best beer battered fish and chips! Also tried their pork belly and cascade ice cream, both also nice but my favourite is definitely the fish...More

It would be no problem to use the tokens with lunch as it is basically all the same area. It is a very nice space looking out onto the stunning gardens so I am sure you will enjoy it!
