We travelled around Tasmania with a group of friends, choosing to go with Fun Tassie Tours. We could not have had a better guide than Robert Wilson who knows his island state intimately. We visited Port Arthur of course, Bicheno, Launceston, Cradle Mountain, Strahan and Queenstown. Robert showed us much that was off the beaten track like penguin spotting at... More

Me and my parents really enjoyed the day trip to Mt Field where we enjoyed strolling through the tall trees and moss, including seeing the Russell and Horseshoe falls. Jason was very patient and knowledgeable. Lunch was delightful at the Coal Valley Winery where we enjoyed an awesome platter organised by Jason. We briefly stopped at Richmond and admired the... We had a fantastic time in the Hobart area thanks to Jason - a wonderful guide! In the past, we had booked cruise tours. My husband was hesitant when I decided to choose independent tours! We were both thrilled with the outcome! Jason included my requests for wildlife and penal colony history plus he rounded the day with cheese and... More

Off the ship in Hobart with no planned event for the day. Met Andrew Belik of Tassie Tours and took a chance. It was a wonderful half day of seeing the area. We wanted to visit the local zoo without being rushed. He walked with us and made certain that we saw the animals being shown for up close viewing,... More

What an absolutely perfect day my friends and I had on our personal winery tour. Without the knowledge and connections that our tour guide Jason had it wouldn't have been nearly as wonderful. Jason was the perfect host preparing for us a gorgeous lunch filled with Tassie delicacies that we were able to relax and enjoy in the beautiful gardens... More

We had a fantastic day touring some of the wineries around Richmond and Hobart. Jason was a great host and the tour was flawless. It was a private tour with only two of us travelling which gave us the opportunity to relax and talk to the winery owners. One of the best winery tours I have done and I will... More

We had a flawless day touring the Richmond Valley Wine Region in Southern Tasmania. We visited 5 wineries, sampled some amazing Tasmanian wines, glutted on cheeses and local produce and drank in the most amazing scenery; most of which is heritage (dating back to the convict era!). Our guide was kind, courteous and exceptional with his local knowledge. Truly unique.
