Faye has gone but the volunteers are doing great. its a must see of how they all lived in Coober Pedy. Faye was also a mainstay of the town.

Very knowledgeable and friendly couple, full of information in regard to the history attached to the site, not rushed or hurried during the tours, recommend both tours very reasonable price

For a lady to dig this out in 10 years in the heat is an achievement on its own. She was employed to cook for the miners but got the sack because she refused to cook green meat.

Great. Recommend people to see.Faye was a great lady.Love the under ground home that Faye and two other women helped her with,has a swimming pool as well.

Lovely caretakers that take you through where they actually live and look after the home. Was lovely to see how many live underground in Coober Pedy.

What a wonderful visit. Great guided tour by Graham and Christine. Loved the history. 3 women , 1 house and it took 10 years. This is a must do in Coober pedy. We got to see the house and mine for just $10.00 each. Best...More
