Good place to see dugout living. Faye was a very resourceful lady with a good head for business. Our guide was an ex miner and very knowledgeable about the house and mining in general. Most enjoyable.

This is a must do while in Coober Pedy. A real insight into the life of Faye Nayler. The underground home and opal mine was a highlight of this amazing town.

The house is as is was before the owners moved out and displays original household items from various times throughout the 20th century. The live in caretaker gave an excellent and instructive talk as she lead our group through the house. Recommended.

Very impresive house with very interesting history. The lady who guide us was very knowlagble and made the visit very pleasant. It is a must visit when in Coober Pedy.

Excellent tour & well worth the money $15 .. tour through the mine first where you see a real Opal seam & great compentary by an experienced guide, then through this amazing home.
