This delightful church is unique and beautiful. It has a wonderful relaxing vibe and you feel like you want to just "hang out" there for a while. The female minister we met was interesting and friendly and told us the history of the church. She took a photo of us - you'll have to go to find out why the... More

The minister (can not remember his name, sadly) was very funny and engaging - as you can tell by our pics. Would visit again and learnt so... More

Another lovely church built into the ground, when in Coober you have to spend at least 1 day to see all these churches.

She was quite passionate and not only gave a history of the church but also the town and other things to see. I would recommend this as it is a no cost activity... More

Friendly staff who allow you to experience this underground church. Allowed to take photos and learn about this special place in the side of a cliff.

This was an interesting church to visit, it being underground. It took us a while to work out what denomination it was; we finally worked out that it was Anglican. Very cozy little underground church.

Quiet and peaceful with the room in the shape of a cross. Obviously used for services regularly which is good.
