Lovely foods but could have used more shade to sit under and eat. Would have been nice if portions were smaller so could have tried a few different vendors.

Lovely park with a lot of history and statues depicting early explorers and people of note and plenty of seating to relax but it was somewhat spoilt by a few who hung around in a group near the rest rooms.

Place where the Aboriginal flag was first flown in Australia in 1971. Nice meeting area with green lawns, and a large statue of Victoria! Not much shade in the area.

Huge open green space in the heart of the city. A great spot to soak up some sun, read a book, linger over lunch or just walk through.

For a major square it has no atmosphere to it at all and doesn’t seem to serve any purpose.

Should have restaurant/cafes street performers etc to draw crowds and create a more warmer atmosphere for people to want to go to the area.

Poorly planned with no direction to it, very disappointing, give it a miss.

This is a pleqsant ope space in the center of the city but not that impressive and is used as a gathering place for those that want to demonstrate. It could be better.

Visited a few times on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th February. Victoria Square is in the centre of Adelaide and the trams and bus all seem to pass close to it. Not a lot to do in the square, most people just walk straight through it on there way somewhere else, like we did.

As we passed by the square, there was nobody due to the recent restrictions. It will be nice when many events are held in the square, whenever it might be…

Centre of Adelaide you can cat the tram to and from this place and it’s free.
Has some statues and a fountain at the northern end has skate board park.
If you are going to China town or central markets you get off at this stop.

One of the capitals in Australia that boasts an open space right in the centre of the city. The wide roads and open spaces give this city lungs - they allow the air to circulate - you do not feel fenced in. While the square itself is often undergoing maintenance each time I go past it -this may be an indications of how much it is used - which is for more than just a tram stop.
