•Small Group Winery tours (max 20 people) •4 world class wineries, including Peter Lehmann Wines where we enjoy the famous Weighbridge regional platter for lunch (vegetarian option available), Langmeil (home to the oldest Shiraz vineyard in the world) & a mystery winery that will showcase the best of the Barossa. Explore the Barossa Valley with Taste the Barossa and you will enjoy a day tasting some of the best food and wine in Australia. We start the day at a relaxing 9am picking you up at your accommodation or a pre arranged point in Adelaide. We make our way out of Adelaide through the Adelaide Hills with our first stop the famous Whispering Wall where you will be fascinated by its famous acoustic qualities. Our first winery is the beautiful and historic Château Yaldara, this is one of the most photographed buildings in South Australia and no trip to the Barossa Valley is complete without getting a photo in front of this iconic building.

We enjoyed our winery tour with taste the barossa! Walking from Peter Lehmann to the freedom boutique winery would be a highlight... It was amazing to see the oldest growing shiraz grapes in the world... The platter for lunch was amazing! We highly recommend it!

We had an excellent day out touring the Barossa (and also learning a lot about south Australia in general) from our excellent tour guide Ashley. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone visiting adelaide as a 'must do'. Visited 4 different wineries including seeing the oldest Shiraz vines in the world, peter Lehman and Murray street vineyards. Easy pick up from... More

The driver, Ross, was very courteous and helpful, and the mini-bus seating twenty was comfortable, with adequate legroom, and air conditioning that worked. The drive to Barossa Valley was along scenic minor roads, which gave us a good feel for the region, and the drive back was along a main road which returned us as quickly as possible to our... More

Our driver for the day was Russell, he was very knowledgeable and informative along the trip. We liked that it was a small tour 18 people only. Russell made sure we took short walks at a few places of interest. Although I don't drink wine the day was very enjoyable. My husband throughly enjoyed the wine tastings. The lunch was... More

This was a great tour. Limited in size. Drove in small comfortable van with a/c. Guide was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. Sampled wine at 4 different vineyards. If anything, it was too much wine since one vineyard gave us samples of ten! Our tour was an added van since another was full. It was not planned for a... More

I'm not the kind of person who gets excited by guided tours, mainly because I don't like the idea of being in a bus with strangers for extended periods of time, having an agenda dictated to me by an over-enthusiastic and over-familiar tour guide. I was HUGELY pleasantly surprised by Russell and the Taste the Barossa full-day tour we did.... More

This was our first trip to Adelaide & wont be our last . On the 10th March " Taste The Barossa" tour guide Russell picked us up, he was incredibly knowledge of the area & history. We visited 4 winerys , we had a wonderful Platter at Peter Lehmanns winery & we walked between the vines to or next winery... More

We had a great day out learning about the local heritage and history while taking in the fantastic food and wine. Our guide "Ashley" was super friendly and knowledgeable! Some of the wineries didn't appeal to my palate but the group and bus tour was fantastic, worth the spend! We enjoyed it immensely!
