We had a really good tour with Mark. He made the most of our time on the island and gave us a lot of information about the island.

In case you were wondering if the tour takes place when it is raining cats and dogs: yes, it is and you still get to see all the spots and get to swim in all the beautiful creeks and lakes! We had an awful amount of rain on our tour, but this didn’t stop us from having an awesome time. Our guide (Brooke) was amazing and told us lots about the island and made us feel very safe. We have been taken care of very well. The tour is a great opportunity to get to know other young people, so it’s great for solo travellers as well as people travelling with friends. Advertising the tour with „Come party on my island“, I thought this tour might be all about partying, which wouldn’t have been my thing. But luckily, it wasn’t like that at all. There were a couple of drinking games the first evening, but most of the people went to their rooms at around 10pm because everyone was tired. There was plenty of food (buffet) and it was good. There are a couple of reasons why I only give 4/5 stars however. Firstly, the blanket in the bed smelled and looked like it hasn’t been washed in ages. Secondly, there was no soap in the lodge. And lastly, this tour is quite overpriced. I don’t see what makes the tour 535$ worth of money. The bushtucker was great, although I could have done without the kangaroo and crocodile meat. It was nice enough to taste the plants and fruits. Also a tip: if you would like to make new friends on the tour, choose the lodge instead of the hotel. Most people stay at the lodge and as the hotel is in a different location, it is harder for you to get to know other people. …

Did the 3D2N tour with my girlfriend (both 23). Scotty was an amazing tour guide, great sense of humour and super knowledgeable about the Island. This tour gives you loads of time to enjoy the best of the Island (particularly Lake McKenzie and Eli Creek), the bus is very comfortable, and seems a much much better experience than the people who do the tag along tours. As we were both vegan the food was average but was still more than enough (second night we only had soup and salad to choose from but first night had a brilliant lentil curry) but this has nothing to do with Cool Dingo and is down to the Resort. The lunches provided by them during the tour days were actually very good. Accommodation was also decent, as during a quiet season we had a dorm room to ourselves but the eating area has a bar which is a great space for drinking with others on the tour after dinner. I Highly recommend Cool Dingo for a Fraser Island tour!…

The best tour you can book if you want to go to Fraser Island! Everything is well planed and organized. We have met wonderful people on this trip and had lots of fun. A big thanks goes to our awesome guide Scott (best playlist ever on the bus 😉)which has shown us his incredible sandy island. His knowledge about the island is incredible he brought us to amazing places and of course we saw some dingos! If you book this tour you will not miss anything! There is even a tasting with strange Australien food 😅 Thanks again Scott for the great experience we will miss u.…

I am so happy we went with this tour, I would've hated driving on the uneven, sandy terrain. Loved seeing all the beautiful sights of Fraser Island with a group of people. Really respect the tour guides with their amazing driving and extensive knowledge. We didn't see the champagne pools due to a cyclone but were taken elsewhere. The buffets are amazing, as are the lunches. The only criticism is that it isn't exactly 3 days and therefore think it's expensive. You get to the island around 4:30 and were taken to the resort for a talk. This was clearly tailored for the resort guests and felt like a waste of time for us staying at the lodge. It'd be much better if the tour started earlier and did activities on arrival.…
