Many Peaks is a wonderful walking trail but best done very early morning in summer...5am start. Takes approximately 3.5 hours. Take water. Such beautiful views back to Townsville.

It's a long hike up and a longer hike down. Park at the beach end of the trail and return along the flat wetland of the Town Common. Stunning views of the northern beaches from the ridgeline. Bring water and ibuprofen.

Great views of Townsville at the top, but,are sure you wear appropriate footwear. Quite rocky at times and a few low hanging branches but a great walk.
