Like stepping back in time. The displays are beautifully laid out, the volunteers are very knowledgeable, helpful and happy, AND ITS ONLY A GOLD COIN FOR ENTRY! Had a great time looking through everything, particularly the printing and phone displays. A must see for tourists...More

What a great exhibition. The moving life like animals were fantastic with the relevant information about them to read. Life like screeches and screams from them as well. If you didn't see it you have missed a great exhibition. Also there is the coral reef...More

Manned by volunteers, this museum gives a good insight into the region's past. It's a pity that it's hidden behind the ambulance centre, and a little hard to find. Even the GPS was a little confused.

This small but fun filled, very interesting Historical Museum is definitely worth the visit. I love history and looking at old photos etc. If your looking for something different to do and have never been - its worth going into and seeing the historical remnants of this beautiful town :)
