We stayed in the 20 free camp and explored Rocky from there. Kershaw gardens are massive. Great walks, water park and playgrounds for kids. Loved it. Thank you Rocky for the free camp. We spent lots of $ while we were there.

If someone passing Rockhampton, Kershaw Garden is a good spot to stop and grab lunch from nearby shops. It has a little park and artificial waterfalls.

Visited last night with my 4 boys. They absolutely loved the new play area. I was able to sit close by and read the paper under lights. This is a must see and do for families.

What wonderful gardens. Rocky council is to be congratulated. Varied amenity with play fountains for kids, shaded platforms and picnic tables. Still working on it but fabulous nevertheless.

We weren’t sure how to get to the gardens, but there is a parking area next to them where you can park your RV for 24. Hours, the waterfall is great.

Hi ,sorry but I can't say I actually saw any one there with dogs Nor did I see any signs that said dog friendly area. Rockhampton information centre very helpful so maybe if you gave them a ring they could help.
