Wow...What an experience! We travelled out on the Calipso Ten, an extremely comfortable motor vessel that will carry 80 divers and snorklers comfortably. Very fast from Port Douglas (one and half hours each way) and fully equipped with a delicious lunch, morning and afternoon teas provided. The reef itself is stunning. Huge variety of corals, fish and clams. The water... More

Great day out with snorkelling, (hire a Stinger wetsuit for $7), lunch included, submersible and even a 10 minute helicopter ride off the platform anchored beside the Reef. Great family day out.

We had a great day out at the Great Barrier Reef. We went to Agincourt Reef and got there with Quicksilver cruises. It's about 1.5 to 2 hours on the very fast boat both ways. Saw all sorts of fish and of course the Reef. Worth a day out!!!!

Definitely worth a visit. Quicksilver run daily tours out to this reef - very well organised and efficient. Probably the most colourful and abundant fish I have ever snorkelled with! Excellent coral. Caring people. However, there were lots of jellyfish so worth hiring a Lycra suit to enjoy your day.

Although warned of choppy weather we found the trip to the Reef to be smooth sailing. Once on board complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are served until the boat leaves port. After this you can purchase drinks from the bat. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to reach Agincourt Reef and once there you can snorkel or do the submersible... More

We spent a full day exploring the Agincourt Reefs with a private guide from Blue Dive. They were able to show us a huge variety of marine life on our dives and then tell us fascinating facts about the animals and corals once back onboard. A highlight was seeing the huge povona coral at oen of the sites that is... More

Corals in great conditions as far as the visibility reaches! The corals look helthy. However snorkelling is much more revarding than diving. at least on my day.

We went with Quicksilver and it's always a great day with them. The reef is amazing and the snorkeling well it is breathtakingly beautiful. If your are a water baby like me you will spend most of your time in the water. This is a must do in FNQ!

Great day out on the ocean. As well as the abundance of fish on the reef, we also saw reef sharks and a turtle. Would return if given the opportunity

Visited Agincourt Reef with a Port Douglas based tour service. The experience was excellent. The whole family got to snorkel and experience the reef and there was plenty of supervision including life guards. The base fee cover most activities including the submersible glass boat, snorkel gear and lunch. There were add ons to be had like helicopter rides, guided snorkeling tours.... More
