We started our day by being driven to the crocodile farm by Brett in an air conditioned bus. A lovely man with plenty of local know.edge. Brett dropped us off and we were picked up 3 hrs later by Peter and 9 other passengers. Peter was also very knowledgable on the modern and historical interests of this area. We spent... More

We had a great day up to Kuranda made even better by our host for the day in Peter. His knowledge of the area and jokes along the journey to and from got everybody involved - top man. We did the cable car up and the train back down and Pete's tip to upgrade to Gold on the train was... More

My partner and I recently went on Brett's Kuranda Tour - we had Peter as our guide. I'm very glad we did, as he was great! We don't usually do tours and prefer to do our own thing, but this was perfect for us. The time spent on the bus was really good as Peter was very informative and told... More

Thoroughly enjoyable day, with Peter as our guide. (Its not 1/2 day; starts at 11 and home by 7:15...) Very knowledgable and interesting as well as entertaining. (Loved the 'groaner' jokes!). Recommend the 'late start' tour that we did: Lovely to start with the cable car ride, and finish with the train. Also recommend the butterfly exhibit in Kuranda. The... More

Our tour guide Peter provided a fantastic experience for us. The visits to Skyrail, Kuranda township and Kuranda railway were the perfect way to explore the Daintree. We were recommended this tour by hotel staff, and can definitely see why. Would highly recommend this tour after our experience.

We wanted to do Kuranda and the skyrail didn't want to deal with coordinating transportation from Port Douglas. We did the 11 am half day tour. Along the hour drive Brett pointed out wallabies and other fun things we would have missed. Upon getting to the sky rail we were fortunate to have our own car. We loved the views... More

We took the Half Day Tour, but drove with the van to Kuranda rather than take the train and skyrail. It turned out to be an entertaining day as there was an accident which effectively closed the road between Cairns and Kuranda and so we spent a bit more time with the driver than we had expected. was a good... Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our day with Brett. We enjoyed the sky rail, shopping in Kuranda (buying several pieces of authentic Aboriginal art), and the train ride. For the train ride--take Brett's recommendation and upgrade to Gold Class for drinks of your choice, a fruit and cheese tray, and frozen mango dessert, on the ride. The Barron Falls... More
