Brett's Kuranda Half day Tour Featuring Palm Cove Stop Over. NEW_Brett's Outback Tasting Adventures Food and Wine tasting tour.Small groups specialising in service, air conditioned bus. Our first stop on the Kuranda tour is to the multi award winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Enjoy a journey to Kuranda over some of the oldest rainforest on earth. On arrival in Kuranda I'll be there to meet and show you around this, 'Village in the rainforest' famous for its colourful arts and crafts markets. After approx 2 hours in Kuranda it's time for a trip to Cairns on one of the most spectacular rail journeys in Australia. Hi my name is Brett and I'd like to tell you what an afternoon on my Kuranda and Palm Cove tour entails,Leaving at 11am means you can enjoy a quiet morning, a walk on the beach and a lie in before I pick you up and with a maximum of only 12 guests you are guaranteed personal service. After our trip on Skyrail and the Scenic train we head up the coast to stunning Palm Cove. I will show you along the palm fringed Esplanade before leaving you to enjoy a 'Kuranda Rainforest Delights' cocktail overlooking the beautiful beach, take a stroll amongst the shops and galleries or wander along the jetty before returning to Port Douglas at dusk and the end of our afternoon together.

Kuranda is very touristy, this tour gave us just under 2hr there which was plenty to check out all of the markets (no animal sanctuaries though, but we weren't really interested). I bought a pair of earrings, some Australiana Christmas decorations and a wall decoration...More

This tour was just ok. Our guide was Steve. He was not a very enthusiastic person. Not much care or effort, just did his job. I thought the scenic train ride was quite good - not spectacular apart from the Barron Falls. If you don't...More
