Free is great for public transport but its a very slow form of transport. Took my parents around city using City Hopper when they visited and it took an hour to traverse the multiple stops around city. If time is important i'd suggest CityCat (paid).
Excellent free service to get you across the water .
Certainly popular , free Hop on Hop off . Allowing you to see a large area of the Southbank & places you may wish to visit later.
e.g Museum , galleries etc.
