Cool way to travel for free around the area. I lived on KP and it was the best and cheapest option to get home from CBD.

A great way to get around esp for the visitors. It is a lot longer in travel time as the boat is older but given it is free that's all ok. If in a hurry then pay a fare on one of the many other...More

City Hopper is a free service crisscrossing the Brisbane River. Great for tourists to see attractions as you can hop on and off at different locations. Runs every half hour.

The City Hopper is a free ferry service that connects many parts of Downtown Brisbane. It runs on a half hour schedule so try to be early. It is a great way to see the city.

Stayed in Brisbane for 7 days on Kangaroon point and used the hopper extensively. It is not particularly fast (the cats are faster) but provides a very pleasant sightseeing journey and opportunity to view the city from the river. It covers the CBD area with...More

Free is great for public transport but its a very slow form of transport. Took my parents around city using City Hopper when they visited and it took an hour to traverse the multiple stops around city. If time is important i'd suggest CityCat (paid).

Excellent free service to get you across the water . Certainly popular , free Hop on Hop off . Allowing you to see a large area of the Southbank & places you may wish to visit later. e.g Museum , galleries etc. Definitely worth using.

Eagle Street Pier would be quicker than North Quay. Nice restaurants at Eagle Street to wander through.
