Unfortunately the day we went (Monday) the bottling machines were not in operation so we didn't get to see the full scope of how the brewery works. But the guide was excellent, and happy to answer all questions and made the tour otherwise very interesting

When you go, go during the week as you won't see much happening on a week end as they shut down. It was good to have a look, and some of the old stuff was very interesting.

Go on a weekday because operations cease on weekends. The guide was extremely knowledgable in the process of brewing. A very visual experience because you get to go into the actual brewery and where all the entire process does.
