For a new park it's coming on very well. When some of the trees get bigger there be more shelter. The Japanese garden is lovely to sit in lot of shelter and breeze. Didn't have time to eat but there is a place to sit and eat. Lovely ponds and lots of native plants and world wide plants

What a wonderful time I had at the Botanic Gardens. The gardens are well laid out and most are easily accessible. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, although there are bus tours I believe. It felt so good to be back to nature and I came away feeling grounded. The Information booth staff were very helpful. Great place... More

Lovely botanic gardens, they are very large and If walking is a problem you may have to do it in several visits. There is disability access for cars but you will need to check on what days and time you can enter. Most of it is wheelchair friendly. Plenty of places in the grounds to take a picnic lunch. There... This is a great little park, with clean bathrooms, and a wonderful playground for the kids. A tour of Brisbane is not complete without a walk through this garden. It's a nice oasis in the busy city.

Great botanical gardens. Well designed with lots of wildlife. Most plants had identification information. Loved the Japanese garden. Highly recommend.

Step out of your busy life... Take the family, friends or even go by yourself... Grab a map as you enter and just walk, there are many paths but just walk and see what you see... Sit on a seat and enjoy your surroundings... See the big trees and also the tiny little jumping spiders... You're bound to see a... More

I've been many times before, but that has been weekends. The mid week visit was fantastic. There is plenty to see, great variety, well kept and garden staff are really nice. The new area next to the revamp of the high way is great for little kids. A great place to unwind and de-stress.

The Botanical garden will trigger a number of senses as you work your way around the many themes. There are great activities for children and the view of the city from the highest point is amazing. A great cafe on site also
