Can catch a ferry and have a 1.5 hour ticket for quite cheap. Able to ride the ferry along the river in both directions. Great way to enjoy the scenery and travel at a leisurely pace for a while in the middle of the city. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Fun thin to pass a little time

Best way to view the city, especially at night. We always take visitors for a ferry ride. Fantastic way to commute. The only downside is the vessels are not air-conditioned. One can also hop on and off at leisure.

We hopped on the CityCat Ferry in the City of Brisbane and we didn't have too much time as we had a plane to catch. However, this is a fantastic way to explore different parts of Brisbane as you can hop off and on and it goes from one end of Brisbane to the other. The cost was $9.00 and... More

I love the city cat ferry, especially at night! Provides access to multiple areas of the city all down the river and is a fun way to sightsee and enjoy Brisbane.

We caught a ferry from Eagle Street Ferry to North Hamilton and back which we found most enjoyable. There is constant interest in the houses and buildings, including some wonderful old mansions and gardens. Tickets can be bought on board and the lady selling them, recognising us as visitors came over and sat next to us when the ferry left... More

Great relaxing cruise and an excellent way to see the beautiful city of Brisbane. Staff was very helpful and for sure the price won't have to stop you! Nice you can hop on and off wherever you please.

This is a great way to see Brisbane. The Ferry runs from Pinkenba to the University at Indooroopilly. A word of warning though. The service is not free. There is a free "hop on/ hopoff" ferry that goes from North Quay, Southbank, Eagle Street, and other terminals called the City Hopper. It is free and stops at several places along... More

We purchased tickets that allowed us to get on and off along the river. Very reasonable, very punctual! Comfy seats, spacious, great service.
