This is a spectacular lookout point where one can see the whole of Brisbane with the river meandering through it and the sea in the distance.There are numerous walking and cycle tracks in the vicinity. A place to visit should you be in Brisbane.

Yes manamiss Mt Cootha Lookout is definitely the best view point in Brisbane for the sunrise as it faces East! Sorry for this delay just saw your question. Enjoy!

I drove there. Sorry I can't help with public transport. Very pleasant drive and various delightful cafe's along the way or near the look out to make this a charming day. There are also picnic grounds nearby. PS I don't... More
