A little disappointed. Parked the car and followed the sign to the creek. Just a muddy puddle. I guess it would be better in wet season. Then we followed the sign to jungle walk. 600m. Well that was to the start of the walk it was actually 2 km round trip. There was a few creek viewings on this walk... More

My trip here was great. the track paths were clear and nicely layed out with helpful signs to guide you and is a great place to go birdwatching for all you avid watchers. In one particular section I was amazed by how many butterflies were flying around. So much so, they kept on bumping into me. The park has two... More

For the bird watcher you can see several species here. A little out of the way (isolated) for the solo traveller, so take a friend. cars parked a way from the site of a small waterway where there are birds, pandanus and general peaceful atmosphere. Good place for a picnic after a walk of about 500 metres. Take your binoculars!

Yeah its a nice place and the paths are well set out. But the mosquitos ruin this place. ended up with sand file bites galore. Make sure you use bushmans full strength.

Very plain. Track overgrown and not very interesting. Only one small section of tropical rainforest area.

We loved this reserve for peace and nature. It is not your average tourist or family attraction because there are no facilities, cafes etc. It is basically bushland and will only appeal to serious birdwatchers and hikers. There are a number of trails and we saw quite a few birds, but you have to really try hard with binoculars to... More

Great outing, about 30 people including many parents with young children enjoyed a two hour walk through mostly savannah woodland, identifying birds, insects and plants, and learning about their ecology.
