The train is a quick and easy way to get to and from the airport to the centre of Sydney (about 20 minutes). Trains run quite often and are clean. You need to get an opal card to ride the train.

An overpriced joke. Worst train system ever experienced. Expect to wait an hour for a train scheduled for 15 min. Incompetent staff who know nothing and won't help. A complete joke

The trains in Sydney are a way of life for those commuting to and from in Sydney. They are efficient, time saving and have sufficient room for everyone. Whilst in Sydney recently, my daughter and I grew accustomed to using them on a regular basis....More

It’s the worst & most unreliable service in the world. Trains never run according to the timetables & they can cancel the service halfway through your journey without notice. Ripping off people with increasing opal prices every other day..

An absolute farce. Constant delays; you basically can’t plan your day because you don’t know when you are going to get to various locations. It rates among third-world transport.

I really enjoy the Sydney train network as most trains are air conditioned and have ample space. They go far and wide and move pretty fast. The price is fair and helpful staff available everywhere if you get lost which is unlikely.
