I quite liked wandering amongst the stalls in the sunshine.
Lots of talented people and beautifully made goods.
I think others reviews are a little harsh. I’m not really sure what people expect from a market ( hand made goods right?) but I thought it...More
If you are in Chippendale maybe walk through whilst checking out the new Central Park area but do not go especially to the market. I was there Sunday 17th September, 20 stalls max, nothing exciting. Not worth the effort. Nice little grassed area but do...More
Was expecting quite a hyped and energised crowd and atmosphere but there weren't many exciting stores (maybe it was because we went around 10:30 and there weren't many other people there yet) but from what we saw, it was just a typical market, but much...More
Hey, it's 2016 and this is Australia and we're all having a go. OMG.

The market isnt huge, but there's some pretty cool stuff there. I love the brooklyn boy bagels. Great to check out if you're in the area and the time is right (the markets only run on the first & third Sundays of each month).
These new markets are different to other markets - no 'organic' fruit and veges, no gozleme, no asian ripoffs. So it was a breath of fresh air to visit here. All the stalls are bespoke clothes, jewellery, food and crafty things. There are cafes nearby...More
