It is a real positive that this old building in the Rocks has been converted to a museum and furthermore it is free however the museum is good but limited in what it covers. Worth a look however

Quite a lot of reading to do so I would not recommend this museum to young children. However, we found it very interesting and worth a pop in to have a look. Plus it’s free!!

Not a big place and it won't take you long to go round but very interesting. I especially liked the world map that showed immigration through time.

Lovely visit. Friendly staff who will orient you to the area and offer highlights. A free museum with three floors to explore and a rotating art exhibit of local artists.

Very memorable and charming museum. We were mesmerized by the artifacts and walked away with a keen insight as to how these brave people survived.
